Read Time: 4 Minutes

After Reading You Will:

  • Understand the attack already unfolding on Arkansas farms.

  • See how this sabotage could collapse food markets and erode global trust.

  • Discover the simple, achievable plan to stop it.

  • Know what you can do in 30 seconds that could change everything.

With that, we will begin walking you through:

Operation Talcum Powder

A sophisticated global operation conducted by various Nation States to disrupt world economies by targeting one of America’s most strategically vital, and vulnerable, producers: Arkansas.

The Scenario

4 A.M. in the Delta. A sedan creeps down a dirt road. No fences. No cameras. Just open farmland.

A hand tosses a bag of white dust into the wind.

The days turn into weeks and into months. Nobody knows anything is wrong. Until it's time to harvest.

That mysterious dust wasn't fertilizer or even drugs. It was an engineered bio-weapon. A fungus tweaked in a lab to spread Fusarium Head Blight. Just like the fungus two Chinese nationals were caught smuggling into Michigan last week.

Fusarium Head Blight is a crop-killer. Causes liver damage if it ends up in your kid's cereal… and livestock can't ingest it either.

Now picture this spread across 40 fields. Maybe 400 fields. Once this grain hits regional silos, the contamination spreads - across counties, across state lines, across oceans.

What happens to the prices at the grocery store? To our over-crowded hospitals that are now seeing a new influx of sick people? Or to the countless farmers who depend on harvest season (and their bank loans to run the farm)?

Here's a photo FOX News published showing the items that were seized by Chinese Nationals:

The 'System' is Asleep

You may feel like this is beyond your control - that surely, someone else is paying attention.

The reality is, We’re flying blind. No drills. No defenses. No readiness. Nothing.

Tom Cotton introduced a bill (SB3661) back in January of 2024 that proposed the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct periodical assessments of threats to the agri & food sectors.

Nothing’s moved. No hearings. No drills. No plan.

What ARK-TOS Knows

We know the threat is real. And it's already here. DARPA just announced a call for help. Their Biological Tech Office is directly responding to "threats both naturally occuring and manmade".

Understanding the military is a reactive force, not pro-active. We can conclude that this means the threats are HERE NOW, not somewhere in the future.

It lines up with everything we’re seeing — threat logs, livestreams, DARPA, backchannel chatter.

Cyber Warfare is the biggest threat to this nation and China is attacking, now.

DARPA's Five Urgent Targets

  1. Early warning systems for bio/chem threats.

  2. Fast countermeasures.

  3. Accelerated Crop Engineering

  4. Threat modeling.

  5. Attribution tech.

Without these 5 'targets' - how will Arkansas respond to a nation state conducting bio-terrorism? How will we respond when thousands of square miles of farmland are contaminated? When farmers can't perform on their loans? What happens when the banks come to collect?

We could theorize all day about the consequences of suffering a - preventable - attack like Operation Talcum Powder. Instead of that, let's discuss a plan:

Our Plan

We’ve studied disasters. Listened to those who lived through them. The answer is always the same:

"Simple. Plausible. Achievable."

The truth is, the manpower, technologies, and coordination required to prevent Operation Talcum Powder from being fully realized is no easy undertaking. Which is why time is of the essence.

But, all of the things we need to respond are already here. We just have to connect the dots.

From utilizing existing infrastructure, university laboratories, private firms, and working directly with local farmers. We have everything but the command & control to coordinate it.

FEMA x Arkansas

FEMA has a long history of providing disaster-recovery response. While recent political developments have left many wondering about the future of the organization & its accessibility to state governments - We’ve tracked this threat for months. We know FEMA is crucial. But they can’t act unless Arkansas calls them in.

The thing is, FEMA needs to be officially engaged by Arkansas. Only the Governor can make the call.

We need your help to signal the importance of this moment, which has the ability to alter all of our lives - for better or worse - to Governor Sanders.

An Open Letter for Governor Sanders

"This is Arkansas’s moment to lead — to defend the land we till and the people who feed the world. Where other states hesitate, we can act.

We are prepared to brief your office within 24 hours. All we need is your green light to initiate FEMA engagement and begin preparing Arkansas for the agricultural threat already underway.

This isn’t theory. The Department of Justice has already indicted individuals for smuggling crop pathogens. DARPA has issued a special call to defend U.S. agriculture. And cyberattacks on infrastructure are escalating by the week.

Our work has already drawn attention from defense advisors, cyber analysts, and civic leaders across the country. This isn’t a campaign. It’s coordination — and it begins with your call.

We stand ready."

Now, we ask you, the reader, to help draw that line.

This Is the Line

You can act now. Or do nothing — and wait for the real Operation Talcum Powder.

We won’t say we told you so. We’ll be too busy helping clean up what could’ve been stopped.

Click here to send the signal to Governor Sanders.
